Extensive use of IT & CAD for design,
production information and project monitoring has enabled high standards of output and efficiency to be achieved within a

First-contact by new clients is usually in the form of a telephone call, in which
an outline of the project in mind can be discussed informally with the architect. This is normally followed by a meeting on
site, where the project and architectural services required are discussed at greater length.
The architect is then
able to prepare a 'letter of appointment', in which project details are clarified and confirmed, and the exact architectural
services to be provided, terms & conditions and fees, are clearly and concisely stated.
